India's real estate sector resilient in 2025, outlook remains steady for 2026: Report
New Delhi: India's real estate sector continues to be on the upswing throughout 2025, supported by strong economic growth, steady consumption, government policies and firm investor confidence, according to a Colliers report. The study shows that even though global trade issues slowed supply chains, easing inflation, better credit flow and lower lending rates kept buyers active across real estate categories.
360 ONE Asset raises Rs 2300 crore fund
Asset manager 360 ONE Asset’s real assets platform has raised nearly Rs 2,300 crore through its alternative investment fund (AIF). 360ONE said if has raised the amount within just four months of the launch of the fund.

8th Pay Commission: Railways slashes maintenance, energy costs ahead of Salary Hike
The Indian Railways has started working to implement cost-cutting measures in key sectors like maintenance, procurement, and energy usage. These measures will be taken to prepare for the expected salary and pension hikes as the 8th Pay Commission is expected to come early next year.

Southern Railway has announced a series of operational changes affecting several long-distance express services due to ongoing redevelopment work at Chennai Egmore railway station.
